1. Reach Out
Getting started is easy. Simply contact us through social media, call, text or email and we'll send you our inquiry form. This helps us understand a little about where you'd like to travel, your ideal dates and what you're looking for in your vacation. Once we receive your form we'll send you an email detailing what to expect and how to schedule your complimentary consultation.
2. Complimentary Consultation
We'll hop on a 30 minute call to get to know you, your travel style and what you're hoping to experience. This is also a great opportunity to make sure we're a good fit for each other. At the end of our call we'll go over fees so everything is completely transparent. After our chat we'll send a follow up email outlining everything we discussed and the next steps. When you're ready to move forward we'll collect our travel service fee and the fun begins.
3. Your Custom Proposal
Using everything we learned about you we'll get to work crafting your proposal. Once it's ready we'll walk you through it together over Zoom so we can scroll through every detail side by side. This is a great time to let us know if anything needs adjusting. We want to make sure everything feels just right before we move forward.
4. We Get To Work
We'll handle your bookings based on your chosen planning option and what was discussed during your proposal. Throughout the process we'll stay in close contact to discuss details and take care of any additional arrangements.
To protect your personal and payment information we collect all fees through a secure PCI compliant invoice. We will never request payment or ask for sensitive information over text or email. Travel fraud is real and protecting our travelers is something we take very seriously.
5. Before You Go
About two weeks before your trip we'll go over your finished itinerary together, walk you through what to expect and make sure you're comfortable using your Travel App so everything you need is right at your fingertips.
6. While You're Traveling
Relax and enjoy your personalized vacation. We're available during business hours for any questions or concerns. For emergencies or travelers booked with suppliers that offer 24/7 support, that coverage extends beyond business hours.
7. Welcome Home
Once you're home and settled in we'd love to chat about your favorite moments. You'll also receive a brief optional survey to help us grow and continue improving the experience for you and future travelers.

Example: Visiting one Hawaiian Island or a cruise with only a few pre/post travel planning days.

This option is perfect for cruisers or travelers who prefer a flexible framework rather than a fully structured itinerary and are traveling to more than one destination.
Example: Hawaiian island hopping, the UK with multiple destinations or a cruise with more pre/post travel planning days.
