How the Planning Process Works

1) How To Get Started

Fill out our inquiry form using the button above. This will help us understand a little about where you'd like to travel, your ideal travel dates and what you're looking for in your vacation. Then we will send you an email that details what to expect and how to schedule your complimentary consultation.



2) Complimentary Consultation

This is a 30 minute call to get to know you, your travel style, where you'd like to visit and what you're hoping to experience on your vacation. We'll go over all fees upfront so everything is tailored to your needs and completely transparent. After our chat we will send an email outlining everything we talked about and the next steps. When you are ready to move forward with the planning process we will collect our travel service fee so we can start researching your vacation.



3) Discuss Your Proposal Options 

We take all the information from your complimentary consultation and craft a proposal. We will talk through your options to make sure they align with what you had in mind for your vacation.


4) Start The Booking Process

Once you are ready to move forward we will start the booking process. We will continue to be in contact throughout the planning process in order to discuss details and make any additional bookings.


5) Two Weeks Prior To Your Travel

We will thoroughly go over your finished itinerary, what to expect on your trip and how to use our Travel App. It's important to us to make sure you have all the details you need in order to have a smooth and enjoyable vacation. 


6) Vacation Time

Travel time! Relax and enjoy your personalized vacation. If any bumps arise we will be available for help. 


7) Welcome Home

There's nothing quite like coming home after an amazing trip. Once you've settled back in and caught up on life, we would love to hear all about your adventure. We'll give you a call to chat about your favorite moments. You'll also receive a brief survey to help us continue enhancing our services. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us create even better travel experiences for all our clients.

This is a great way for you to see how we work and how much we care about your travels.

Simple/Single Leg

Starting at $150

This option is perfect for cruisers or travelers who prefer a flexible framework rather than a fully structured itinerary and are traveling to only one destination.


Example: Visiting one Hawaiian Island or a cruise with only a few pre/post travel planning days.

Up to 4 Travelers, 7 nights, 1 destination


  • Initial consultation call
  • Proposal with 2-3 property recommendations
  • Up to 2 rounds of complimentary revisions based on initial feedback
  • Securing, confirming and managing booking
  • Pre-departure video walk-through of trip
  • VIP Perks, amenities and exclusive access (where available)
  • Electronic travel documents
  • Access to a personalized trip app
Multi-Leg

Starting at $250

This option is perfect for cruisers or travelers who prefer a flexible framework rather than a fully structured itinerary and are traveling to more than one destination.

 

Example: Hawaiian island hopping, the UK with multiple destinations or a cruise with more pre/post travel planning days.

This option is perfect for all travel destinations where you want a step-by-step itinerary and all aspects of your travel planned for you. This way you can relax and fully experience that dream vacation you've been looking forward to.

Any major booking changes made after deposit or final booking are subject to a fee on top of any supplier fees.
