How the Planning Process Works

1) How To Get Started

First, fill out one of our inquiry form using the button above. This will help us understand a little about where you'd like to travel, your ideal travel dates and what you're looking for in your vacation. Second, schedule an appointment for your free consultation using the button above. Once this is done I will send you an email with all the details on what to expect for our first chat.



2) Free Consultation

This is a 30 minute video call conversation to get to know you, your travel style, where you'd like to visit and what you're hoping to experience on your vacation. We will discuss our Travel Service Fees so there are no surprises. After our chat we will send an email outlining everything we talked about. When you are ready to move forward with the planning process we will collect a planning fee so we can start researching your vacation.



3) Discuss Your Proposal Options 

We take all the information from your free consultation and craft up to three proposal options. We will talk through your options to make sure they align with what you had in mind for your vacation. You choose your favorite proposal and which of our fee packages works best for your budget and travel needs.


4) Start The Booking Process

Once you are ready to move forward with the booking process we will collect our Travel Service Fees. This allows us to start working on planning your vacation. We will continue to be in contact throughout the planning process in order to discuss details and make any bookings.


5) Two Weeks Prior To Your Travel


We will thoroughly go over your finished itinerary, what to expect on your trip and how to use our Travel App. It's important to us to make sure you have all the details you need in order to have a smooth and enjoyable vacation. 


6) Vacation Time

It's finally here! Time to relax and enjoy your personalized vacation. If any bumps arise we will be available for help. 


7) Welcome Home

Being on vacation is wonderful but nothing beats coming back to your own home. Once you've had time to get back into the swing of things we would love if you could fill out our post travel survey. This way we can hear about your trip, what you loved best and what more we can do to make the travel experience even better. 

Our Travel Service Fees


**All fees are non-refundable 

**We are unable to accommodate requests to plan travel less than 45 days prior to departure. 45-90 days prior to departure will be considered depending on complexity

Planning Fee

$150

We will use all the information gathered in your FREE CONSULTATION to research and plan up to three itinerary options for you to choose from. 


This fee covers the hours we spend researching these options for you.



Our Itinerary Packages

Each of these options comes with access to a travel app where you can see your itinerary, travel documents, get flight updates and chat with us where ever you may be in the world.

Custom Package

$50 Per Day

This option is perfect for the UK or any travel where you want a step by step itinerary so you are able to relax and fully experience that dream vacation you've been looking forward to. 


We not only plan when and where you'll be but also fill in your days with the experiences and activities that you like. This can include tours, activities, transfers, theater tickets, event tickets and restaurant and spa reservations. As well as suggestions, hidden gems, travel advice and tips.


If you are interested in a few free days (in fact we recommend it) we do not charge for these days.

Simplified Package

Price Varies

This option is best for those who want to spend their time planning what to do at their destination or those who love to see where their vacation days take them.

You will receive an itinerary with an outline of all your travel plans so you know when and where you need to be. This will include any excursions or tours you've decided on. 


A few custom planning days can be added at $50 per day.


This is a great option for Hawaii and Cruises with pre or post destination plans.


Fees that apply to this package:

$40- Per International Airfare Ticket (3rd party booking)

$20- Per Domestic Airfare Ticket (3rd party booking)

$10- Per Rail Ticket (3rd party booking)

Additional Fees to Know About
Groups of 6+

$250+

Group of 6 or more are subject to an additional fee. Price depends on the group size, complexity and length of travel.

Rush Fee

$100

For travel planning that is with in 45-90 days prior to trip departure

Cancellations

$100

There is a fee for cancelled travel plans on top of any supplier cancellation fees.

Booking Changes

$50 Per Person

Any major booking changes made after deposit or final booking are subject to a fee on top of any supplier fees.
